• The sound and vibration pattern stimulates the stomach and upper abdominal area
• The first contact with the basic sound massage is usually with the pelvic singing bowl on the solar plexus area
• Some people find the pelvic singing bowl too heavy at the beginning of the treatment
• In such cases, the solar plexus bowl is a pleasant way to gently relax the entire upper abdomen
